WHAT: A three-day senior leadership experience in Barcelona for one of the world’s leading technology brands and a Fortune 500 company. This was an international project led by the client, US and London Experiential & Event Agencies, plus Local Design & Styling Barcelona Partner, El Paradiso Events.

EVENT DESIGN: El Paradiso Events conceptualised, designed & styled an elegant Spanish Style Leadership Dinner for 200 guests. We created an intimate, family-style atmosphere, incorporating interactive tablescaping elements and capturing authentic Spanish and Barcelona cultural elements throughout, including the best local musical talent whom provided a breathtaking show during each dinner course.

SUSTAINABILITY & SUPPORTING LOCAL: We worked with over seven local artisans, to provide several stunning styling and design elements throughout each event. From a local ceramists and apron artisan, to commissioning a local calligrapher and artist to design the bespoke dinner menus. This and more, made for a truly unique and authentic experience for the client and their guests. Hiring plants for the event from a local nursery, enabled us to create a stunning olive grove within the space, and all flowers used post-event were showcased in a ‘pop-up’ flower shop where hotel staff and suppliers could pick and choose from.
